G'day punters, sports nuts, fight fans, legal eagles, politicians, beer and food lovers...one and all. Surprise surprise, when the UFC comes to Australia venues sell more piss (beer) and food. Media Man and Gambling911 turn on the beer taps and raise the heat in the kitchen with this special report guaranteed to satisfy any punters beer thirst or desire for kangaroo burgers...
We've all heard of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) and they keep breaking records every time they come down under to Australia.
Could it be that they are going to have to find a bigger venue that Acer Arena that keeps selling out in less than a day every time the UFC circus hits town.
Now we learn that when UFC fever hits Sydney beer and food sales virtually double, and thirsts and appetites go through the roof.
We've learnt that the last fight fest was the quickest-selling event in history at Acer Arena and the also the biggest UFC crowd outside of North America.
Aussie pubs, clubs, hotels and other variations of drinking holes are happening up the action.
Licensed venues in Australia that show the UFC are stating a 104% increase since January 2010. That's the sort of numbers any business or enterprise would kill for.
Of course, the Aussie fight fans love the local UFC boys such George Sotiropoulos, Kyle Noke and James Te Huna. Sotiropoulos, an Aussie - Greek, is understood to be the most popular Australian, and when he's on, more drinks are served and consumed.
Venues reported bar and food trade well above an average Sunday with most folks popping in from Noon to dig in to tucker before the main event at 2pm EST.
"UFC has seen a tremendous growth in commercial purchases in bars, pubs and clubs in Australia," said UFC’s managing director of international development Marshall Zelaznik.
"Venue managers are seeing the positive impact it has on their Sunday trade and are booking UFC events for the rest of the year."
UFC's popularity continues to go from strength to strength, with t-shirt sales up, and now even a new UFC magazine out.
We also hear of the possibility of a local version of the reality TV series, The Ultimate Fighter.
UFC PPV events are shown on Main Event TV (via Foxtel, Optus and Austar) and are also available to licensed venues through Fox Sports and Austar.
Other combat sports in Australian and abroad continue to look at as UFC powers head, one success after another, with pro boxing appearing to be the biggest hurt sport due to the UFC's success, with 'sports entertainment' (pro wrestling) also experiencing some decline in PPV buy rates and revenue as a direct result of the UFC, according to commentators at Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Pro Wrestling Torch and Media Man.
UFC also continues to maintain its popularity as a form of sport that brings in punters money, betting huge and passionately, with PartyGaming, BetUS, Centrebet, Betfair and others all getting a modest slice of the action. UFC also has its own branded online poker, with word of a UFC land based and online slot machine on the way, following its gaming times via Wii, Playstation, Xbox 360 and others. When its comes to betting and gaming, UFC ain't playing around. They are deadly serious, and with money also pouring in from the directors Station Casinos enterprise in the U.S, the substance appears to beat its substantial hype.
Readers... er, punters, how did you like our report? Will the UFC continue to maintain its popularity in Australia and abroad? What will be the next big market and side product for them? Tell us in the forum.
If you have a bet, please bet with your head, not over it, and for God's sake, have fun.

PartyGaming, Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo up, by Greg Tingle
PartyGaming is on a financial and innovation role, impressing players, the stock market, partners such as Bwin, and media associates including yours truly - Media Man.
The London Stock Exchange listing igaming firm posted final results before it merges with Bwin on 31 March.
It needs to be noted that the world's leading igaming company is in good shares with its online casino, bingo and sports betting arms all up and popular with players and partners.
Developing regulated markets remains a prime strategic focus of PartyGaming, and news media opportunities such as televised events, media portal deals and even stadium or venue naming rights are all understood to be of considerable interest to the firm.
Party's across the board revenue was up 15% to €357m with EBITDA up 7% on 2009, just overtaking the €100m mark. Online casino revenue rose €15m from €136.8m in 2009 to €151.4m last year, understood to be driven forward by its 'The Games Studio' slot game offerings; online bingo was up €29m from €22.8m to €51.4m with both arts getting positive spin off via its Cashcade acquisition back in 2009, not to mention its international expansion across Europe; while its modest sports wagering arm was up €7m from €13.2m to €20.8m. Online poker revenues are down, dipping €11m from €136.8m in 2009 to €124.8m last year. It's PartyPoker and World Poker Tour brands are expected to bounce back as news media and website portal - b2b deals develop in the coming months.
Party's World Poker Tour brand brought home €6.5m, while its B2B network services customers generated in the region of €2.4m. Taking a look at its social media, the WPT's Facebook app is Facebook’s fourth largest poker application, according to Party, and its WPT Hold ‘em III mobile poker application has been generated 16m million downloads, which is big in anyones language. Little wonder established company brands such as Media Man, Virgin, Google, News Limited, Fairfax Media, UFC and WWE keep pushing forward with the social media strategy, since that's where many punters and potential customers are located.
Journey across to France. The bottom line is looking good. Second half pre-tax revenue for 2010 is up 220% and post-tax revenue up 77%. PartyGaming continues to be placed in #3 slot in the .coms poker sector.
Party at present holds a 14% market share in France. Experts forecast the Bwin merger will see this double.
With its online casino arm, Party advised of its 10 best revenue generating slots were developed in-house. Sinatra, The Godfather, Rambo, Saturday Night Fever, Top Gun and Mission: Impossible are in the mix of their most popular and profitable. It's 4 Marvel Entertainment branded slots were not developed in-house, but also remain very popular, and some new 3D themed slots are in the works via b2b2 following the success of Heist. It's classic bread and butter slots via the likes of WagerWorks (Cleopatra, Wheel Of Fortune, Monopoly and Cluedo) also continue to bring home the bacon for the company, and remain favs for players.
PartyGaming advised the merger with Bwin is well on track to finalise by the conclusion of this month and that this year would present great opportunities in newly regulated US and European markets. Australia and New Zealand also remain of great interest, where the company already enjoys a solid player base.
Party’s chief exec advised the company had achieved its 2010 objectives growing its player base by a solid 16% over the previous year catapulted primarily by its acquisition of Cashcade and its expansion into newly regulated markets that traditionally increase player volumes. The new markets also get the word out to the masses as PartyGaming can push the message via advertising without any legal consequences, be it .com or .net. CEO Jim Ryan warmly welcomed more regulation and advised the firm was in a strong position to make the most of new markets including Spain, Greece, Denmark and the United States when it opens. Canada continues to perform very well for the company, but they keep the Canadian numbers closely under wraps.
Ryan noted he expected New Jersey governor Chris Christie to veto the state’s egaming bill, but that this "wouldn't be bad news" as several other US states were building strong momentum to regulate online gambling.
"UIGEA has failed, the market already exists and the market has grown since it was enforced. Legislation is being driven by US companies who are tired of seeing revenues flow offshore. Combine this with the need to generate tax revenue and create jobs and this will create the perfect storm. The passage of online gambling laws will happen at some point soon."
Media Man advised that Party and a range of other igaming companies remain in close contact with a number of leading Australian and New Zealand media companies and brands, and that the Australian print, online publishing and television sector remains extremely interested in exploring b2b with Party, having become aware of Party's success with leading website portals that are available in the region, plus the popularity of Hollywood brands down under like Marvel Entertainment and Paramount Pictures.
Media moguls with strong ties to Australia such as James Packer, mate Lachlan Murdoch, and News Corp old guard, Rupert Murdoch, were all aware of Party's success in the Asia Pacific, pushed along by internet commerce, and are open to exploring business possibilities with the Gibraltar igaming powerhouse.
The PartyCasino.com website remains the most popular of the Party branded gaming sites.

Surfing aerial at Bondi Beach sho, by Greg Tingle - 12th March 2011
Bondi Beach is set for aerial assault from the world's best aerial surfers when the Boost Mobile Surfsho makes a splash its final comp day, and what great weather it is. Shame about the small waves, but that's surfing.
About 50,000 people are expected, up about 10,000 from last year.
ASP world tour competitors include Julian Wilson, Jordy Smith, Owen Wright, Josh Kerr and Taj Burrow. The are competing from bragging rights at $25,000 worth of prizes.
Other surfers ripping it up for the fans are Craig Anderson, Mitch Crew, Mitch Coleborn and Jack Freestone, and freestyle is the order of the day for this pool of thrashers.
Yesterday's open qualifying round saw a two-foot swell with Ben Godwin and Beau Foster qualifying to join two-time champ Wright. Waves expected to get to a metre with a slight south-westerly.
The cool and hip event, now in its second year, is the biggest professional contest held at Bondi Beach, say the organisers.
Aerial surfing is the theme, so even when the surf isn't exactly huge, its still great entertainment for news media, fans, hardcores or beach babes.
The event is yet another shot in the arm for the Bondi Beach business community who suffered poor crowds and weather for much of last year, but this year things have certainly picked up.
The comp runs from March 11 to 13. Surfs up enough for a fun day at the world's most famous beach.

Gambling911.com’s Media Man Greg Tingle Targeted By Crim
G'day punters. Here's some serious news on our very own Media Man down under, who has became the latest victim in a serious of social media and internet defamatory and fake website - brand hijacking matters. Yep, the Media Man - the media agent, PR king and portal developer with a background in journalism has become the news in this Gambling911 exclusive and breaking story. Legal eagles, Joe Blogs...one and all should find this very interesting. We also alert readers that the 3 main website portals for Media Man are Media Man Int http://www.mediamanint.com Media Man http://www.mediaman.com.au and Casino News Media http://www.casinonewsmedia.com Media Man has over 30 website portals, but those are his main 3 brands. After reading the article you will see why we mention this. Greg is also planning to launch an official Greg Tingle official website to help clear up the confusion http://www.gregtingle.com , and no, before you ask us, he does not have a criminal record, and is a hard working journalist and media agent, who sometimes has reported crims to legal authorities, and that appears to be the root of the problem, getting the attention of one Aussie crim nutcase stalker. Enjoy the read.
Social Media Websites Haven For Lies; Criminals Love Internet...Media Man Targeted By Crim!...
We all know the stories. Crims use social media to stalk the journalists and media who helped lock them up, stories the manager will share when complaining about their employees. There is the one with the salesman who scans Twitter for hours. And then there is the pap who harasses a other photographers online. And of course there is the ubiquitous case of the worker that slams the employer on LinkedIn and is fired, thus exacting a morale-busting toll on the employee, the workplace, and the organization. From workplace chaos to conduit for stalking, harassment and other criminal activity, the rise of social networking has its supporters and its detractors. While some lament the greater bandwidth demands, virus/Trojan infiltration, and social engineering (identity theft) issues that can pummel a company’s computer network and employees, along with sapping of productivity and channel for co-worker harassment, others point to the teamwork and mental break productivity enhancement outcome. On the flip side, for some enterprises, the ever expanding world of Facebook and their ilk has encroached into the workplace with devastating professional and personal consequences. Can the likes of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and FourSquare be improved? Yes.
A Media Man staffer shared "Social media has overall been great for us. For media, celebrities, photos, multimedia, sharing mainstream news and even casino and poker news. However, we can also now that that a crime tried to do ID theft against us and has also used a number of social media websites in an attempted to defame us. Facebook, Twitter, Google, Blogger and LinkedIn.com all took action to close the fake accounts, but we are still waiting I.R.O.C2 to close the fake account and lies, defamation and the like. Some crims also do what is known as "brand hijacking" and create fake brand websites. For the record our company is known as both Media Man Australia, Media Man, and our main gaming brands are Casino News Media and Global Gaming Directory. For the record none of the staff or management at Media Man Australia or Media Man International have criminal records. There is however one or two jealous people out there who have created fake profiles and lies, and they are fame seekers or the worst kind. The Australian Federal Police and InterPol have been notified, as well as legal eagles and appropriate web hosting companies. Stay tuned for more on the real Greg Tingle from the real Media Man and real Media Man Australia"!
Steve Cooke, sports, golf and lifestyle entrepreneur, and long time Media Man friend and associate in Scotland, who is familiar with the 'Maas Bar' crim, remains glued to the internet following the nutters second attempt to piss off the Media Man and his media and internet army. Steve also helped spread the word of the stalkers lies, assisting legal authorities and social media website head honchos around the globe.
Tingle and his many media and internet mates call the cyber stalker "Maars Bar", "Woman From Planet Maas" and "Virgin Star Wantabee", a reference to both a snack bar, their surname (one of their many we understand) and a court case years ago which saw Sir Richard Branson's Virgin Enterprises Limited get a court order to get another knock of website... "Virgin Star" .com.au taken off the air, and forced to close. Insiders tip the cyber crim "Maars Bar" will soon enough be back behind baars.

Surfsho surfs up at Bondi Beach...just, by Eva Rinaldi - 12th March 2011
What a great day we enjoyed at Bondi Beach, thanks to the great folks at the Boost Mobile Surfsho.
Upon arrival we were first greeted by a friendly young many handing out Nature Valley crunch snack bars. They seemed healthy, but what got my attention was his cool bike and wagon being towed behind. Then we met Erin who had kindly organised our media accreditation for the day.
We walked down to the beach, but sadly surf wasn't exactly up today. The 1 meter waves, if that, were still expertly ridin by some of the world's top trick surfers, and by almost miracle I got some pretty cool photos of some rad moves and tricks on the baby waves.
The band that played to the crowd mid afternoon was pretty cool also, but next time please be clear about the name of your hip group.
Ok, now whether your a hardcore or newbie surfing fan, I think this rundown will help explain the event.
Boost Mobile Surfsho...
It's an annual aerial surf contest held on Sydney's famous Bondi beach. Last year’s SurfSho was the first international surf event to occur on iconic Bondi Beach in over two decades and this year it’s getting even more popular as a host of exciting aerial surfers from across the globe compete on the world’s most famous beach in this three-day surfing event.
Owen Wright...
Last year's winner is back to defend his crown. He's based in New South Wales and is no stranger to Bondi Beach... Last year, he defeated Kelly Slater on the same wave. Thousands of spectators are expected to return in 2011 to watch the champ defend his back-to-back titles.
Nike 6.0 Pro Surfer...
Julian Wilson is a rookie on the ASP World Tour but he's already one of its biggest name value stars. Aged only 19 and with a win over Kelly Slater already under his belt, as well as motion picture appearances and increasingly impressive performances on the ASP World Tour, Julian is the good looking and ultra talented man to watch.
Fan Friendly...
The SurfSho comp follows a unique format which is designed to make it easy for fans to follow from the beach - even non-surfers. At the start of each run, a big wheel ala game show style is spun at the start of each heat, determining which tricks the surfers must perform. B.O.O.S.T letters are awarded to each successful manoeuvre and the 6 highest scored surfers who spell BOOST go into the final.
Stiff Competition...
World-class surf stars Taj Burrow, Jordy Smith, Julian Wilson and Owen Wright busting their best moves, the atmosphere is going to be intense at Boost Mobile SurfSho. "Last year’s SurfSho was a lot of fun and it was great to beat world number one - Kelly Slater," says 2010 champ Owen Wright. "I like Bondi a lot, and if we are lucky to have awesome waves again, there is going to be some stiff competition!"
Boost Mobile SurfSho pumps from March 11 to 13. Surf might not be totally up, but the fun is.

PartyGaming, PartyCasino, Bwin Do Deal With Las Vegas Land Based Casinos, by Greg Tingle - 15th February 2011

PartyGaming, the Gibraltar based iGaming powerhouse, is understood to have signed at least two major agreements to supply a gaming platform for online poker (and perhaps casino) to whale size Las Vegas land based casinos.
The Vegas casinos that Media Man and Gambling911 insiders hint are in the mix include MGM, Las Vegas Sands, Boyd Gaming and Caesars (former Harrahs Entertainment). It's unlikely a Donald Trump casino is in, as he's just sold at least one of his establishments. Trump is a fan of online casinos, but leaks say he is frustrated by what appears to be slow progress of igaming into mainstream America.
PartyGaming left the US after the UIGEA bill became law and a settlement towards $300 million was made with the DOJ (Department Of Justice).
The firm smartly snatched the opportunity to re-enter the US market if online gambling was ever legalized.
PartyGaming, which has now merged with Bwin, an Austrian based outfit is now ideally positioned to become a major force in the US, having also conducted b2b with other nations government departments, and has many a U.S senator and lawmaker on side, not to mention poker and casino associations and players.
Legalized online gambling in the US is tipped to be just around the corner, as legislators will provide a bill to congress for a vote.
Pro gambling groups and switched on politicians who can see the financial benefits are pushing hard for PartyGaming and a number other iGaming brands to go above board in the United States.
Party enjoys strong presence in the U.S (and Canada and Australia), with its Hollywood titles including Marvel Entertainment tie ins, plus the World Poker Tour brand which it owns and operates, and frequently gets airtime on television broadcasts in much of the western world. It's now or never for PartyGaming, and our leaks tell us its now, no bluff!
Readers, as always, bet with your head, not over it, and have fun.

Social Trend: Businesses moving in
According to one new report you can look for more businesses in the social space. Researchers with Gartner forecast that by 2015 at least 40% of 'large enterprises' will be on Facebook. This probably doesn't surprise many of you; but one more facet might: these businesses will use the social network for business as well as pleasure.
According to the report businesses will utilize Facebook to circulate business information, but will also use it for personal information. Customer service, especially, will be the focus as businesses look for more engaging ways to interact with their customer base. Customers, of course, are already looking for businesses in the social space.
"We expect the high-profile nature of social networks and social [Customer Relationship Management] CRM for customer service to rapidly advance adoption from early adopter to mainstream deployments despite the volatile and rapid evolution of social networks in general," said Drew Kraus, Research Vice President with Gartner.
But, before going social, brands need to have a plan of action - because simply throwing up a social networking shingle is not enough. Marketers need to monitor the social space, there should be an employee base whose task it is to watch the socnets and respond to issues quickly.
Facebook and YouTube continue to be the biggest social networks according to Experian Hitwise data. Facebook accounts for more than 60% of social visits, while YouTube accounts for nearly 20%. MySpace has fallen to only about 1% of the social share while Twitter remains under 1%.

Facebook and YouTube continue to be the biggest social networks according to Experian Hitwise data. Facebook accounts for more than 60% of social visits, while YouTube accounts for nearly 20%. MySpace has fallen to only about 1% of the social share while Twitter remains under 1%.

Prince William To Visit Australia And New Zealand, by Greg Tingle - 9th March 2011
Royal Prince William is to travel to Australia and New Zealand, but his bride-to-be won't be joining him according to numerous news media reports.
The 28-year-old prince is visiting to demonstrate solidarity with the people who have suffered horrible disasters in recent months. Floods and cyclones trashed much of Australia and a deadly earthquake hit New Zealand.
Prince William is set to arrive in Australia on Saturday, March 19, after a two-day visit to the Kiwi's.
He will visit a number of regions affected by the recent cyclone and flooding in Queensland, before heading down south to see the flood damage in parts of Victoria.
The long trip comes six weeks before William's highly anticipated April 29 wedding to Catherine Middleton at London's Westminster Abbey.
A Clarence House spokesman, representing the Prince, was able to confirm the 29-year-old Middleton will not make the trip.
"The two discussed the issue and felt that because Prince William would be representing the Queen that he should visit alone. Catherine looks forward to visiting on another occasion." Word quickly spread to traditional and new media outlets.
During his time in New Zealand, William will visit Christchurch, which is recovering from a 6.3 magnitude earthquake that killed at least 166 people when it struck the South Island city last month.
The prince will attend a national memorial service for the quake victims in Christchurch on March 18, where he will be addressing the people.
"This is a heart-warming gesture that will mean a lot to the thousands of people whose lives have been forever changed by these events," New Zealand Prime Minister John Key said on Wednesday.
William will also visit the South Island town of Greymouth to speak to the families of the men killed in the Pike River coal mine disaster.
Two Britons and two Australians were among the 29 men killed when they became trapped by a gas explosion at the underground mine in November last year.
"The reason for the visit was that the royal family wanted to show solidarity with the Australian and New Zealand people at this time of devastating natural disasters," the Clarence House spokesman said.
"They've watched the unfolding tragedies, first in Australia and then in New Zealand, with great sadness and disbelief.
While it's not known which towns the prince will visit in Australia, he's tipped to get a welcome reception.
"I'd shake Will's hand if he popped in. I'd shout him a beer," publican Steve Sutcliffe told AAP from flood-affected Lake Boga in Victoria.
In Tully Heads, a Queensland town ravaged by category five Cyclone Yasi last month, local woman Norma Eadie said the prospect of a princely visit was "cool" but it was a shame he'd be alone.
"But someone might ask him about the dress. We've got a few cheeky ones down here," she said.
Victorian Premier Ted Baillieu welcomed Prince William's visit to flood-affected communities in the state's northwest.
"The prince's visit will provide immense support and comfort to communities and families stricken by these floods," Baillieu said.
Queensland Premier Anna Bligh said the visit would do wonders for her state's struggling tourism industry.
"I hope that he sends the message back to his friends and colleagues in the UK that Queensland is open for business and that while he's here he gets an opportunity to see that himself," she told parliament.
Australian Republican Movement (ARM) deputy chairman John Warhurst said the prince's visit, like all royal visits, would reignite the debate about the move to a republic.
"We respect the visit ... and we hope it achieves its objectives and is successful," Prof Warhurst told the press.
"But the ARM will take every appropriate opportunity to make the point that Australia should become a republic well before Will gets anywhere near the throne."
The trip will be Prince William's third to Australia but his first in an independent, official capacity.
As a baby, William accompanied his parents Prince Charles and Princess Diana on an official visit to New Zealand and Australia in March 1983.
And in January 2010 William paid a private visit to both Sydney and Melbourne.
Additional details of William's upcoming trip to Australia and New Zealand are due to be released by the country's respective prime ministers.
Various news media commentators are expect to offer commentary on the upcoming visit including royal protocol matters, media elements, photography business aspects, and ideal outcomes.

G'day punters, gamers, casino and gambling millionaires and billionaires, legal eagles, politicians...one and all. The offerings have never been better, as the Crown Casino VS Star City war continues, with all and sundry looking to secure some of the hottest talent and acts on the planet, all in an attempt to deliver a total entertainment experience, which could make you feel better about trying your luck in the casino! Media Man and Gambling911 travel across the great nation of Australia to fill you in on the greatest entertainment in casinos from the land down under. It's Thunder Down Under...
Australia is home to some of the world's great casinos, hotels and resorts.
While the land down under has over a dozen land based casinos, there's only three that both rate highly and grab the majority of headlines on a global stage. Enter James Packer's Crown Casino in Melbourne, Tabcorp's Star City in 'Sin City' Sydney, and Jupiters Hotel & Casino on the Gold Coast aka Surfers' Paradise.
Media Man and Gambling911 take our eye in the sky look at the landscape of the Aussie land based casino sector and bring you up to speed with what's news down under...
Readers will be aware that there's a "casino war" in the land of kangaroos, koalas and goannas at the moment. You would have to be Blind Freddy not to know about the ultra competitive showdown (and hunt for whales and dolphins) between Packer's Crown Casino down south in Melbourne and Tabcorp's Star City in 'Sin City' Sydney.
Crown Casino and Star City are following the global trend, largely driven forward from Las Vegas and Macau, of offering a total entertainment experience... not just gambling... you know, slots, poker, table games and the like. Whales aka high-rollers, have also demanded the changing face of the sector. Don't get us wrong, the gambling aspect remains vital to the business model and to the punters, but for a variety of reasons Australian casino kings have employed a more holistic models. The reasons include being more government friendly, legal eagle elements and complimenting the larger casino, entertainment and lifestyle.
Some of the ramped up services and offerings as part of the industry development include but are not limited to:
Entertainment complex upgrades (including securing more world class acts, more often, to attract the crowds and keep all clients and business partners happy)
Hotel suite refurbishments
Private gambling room upgrades for high rolling VIP's
Sports bar upgrades
Enhanced security - technology and more staff
Gulf Stream Jets aka Lear Jets for international high rollers in a hurry and who demand and casino afford the best

DOCTOR ZHIVAGO
From 11 February 2011
In this explosive new musical romance based on Boris Pasternak's 20th century Russian masterpiece, Doctor Yurii Zhivago is a man divided against himself: on the one hand a dedicated husband, father and healer; on the other a poet, dreamer and sensualist.
Reflecting his struggle, the musical swirls around him in a panoramic portrait of a nation in upheaval and tells a story at once epic and personal, funny and breathtaking, impetuously romantic and bitingly political. The action sweeps breathlessly from the final glory days of Czarist Russia through the chaos and upheaval of the Russian Revolution into an unprecedented tyranny under a heartless new political regime. Through all these volcanic upheavals three passionate men, the ardent young Doctor Zhivago, the fiery political radical Pasha Antipov and the cunning bourgeois magistrate Viktor Komarovsky compete for the love of one woman, the alluring and enigmatic Lara......as if they are fighting for the soul of Russia itself. With its lush, unforgettable melodies, suspenseful story and the internationally renowned Anthony Warlow in the title role, the premiere of Doctor Zhivago introduces the world to a new musical in grand tradition.

Australian Rock Legend Rick Springfield To Play FireLake Grand Casino, Oklahoma - 26th March
Aussie music legend Rick Springfield will playing at FireLake Grand Casino on Saturday, March 26th. He's got 17 Top 40 hits, sold out concert tours across the globe and more. Rick Springfield has had a full life. Growing up as the son of arm dad, his family shifted many times to bases in Australia and Great Britain. He discovered that piano at age 9, then the guitar at 13, the voice followed, as did the success. Springfield's music career kicked off when he dropped out of school and joined the Rock House as a singer and guitarist. After a name change to MPD, Ltd, the band toured Vietnam entertaining the troops. When he returned to Australia, he formed a band and later joined Zoot which became a popular Australian band. After Zoot folded, Rick started a solo career and recorded 'Speak to the Sky' which went to #1 in Australia. He moved to the USA and got things to the next level. Springfield signed with Capitol Records and got some TV time, including with American Bandstand. The teen girls loved him, but the dollars didn't always follow the love. TV's General Hospital soap gave him some financial stability where he played Dr. Noah Drake. It was around this time Springfield recorded "Jessie's Girl" and it got to #1 spot on the Billboard. If you have a chance to enjoy Rick's gift at the casino, we recommend you take it. Entertainment industry commentators say Rick is truly one of the greats. Rick got his fair share of luck over the years, so might you, if you get to FireLake on the 26th.
