Further down the A.I rabbit hole we go. I do know that our smartphones today which are almost extensions of ourselves were science fiction less than a hundred years ago. The smartphone and all it does is very much science-fact and absolute reality. But, were do we draw a line between the human body, our souls, and the digital world? Some say bring it on and go as far as you can, and others suggest to pause, re-think, and perhaps take a few steps back. It's all a matter of individual choice for the most part (unless you can an employer attempting to mandate A.I into the workforce and soul). Pop culture reference: The Simpsons. Look it up ala "predictive programming", or something else? Interesting. It's an unstable world in many regards. So many jobs and businesses have becoming obsolete. People often found themselves needing to skill up to adapt, or get out and go it alone! Corporates had additional protocols and risk management elements to incorporate. Many then employees didn't want to compromise their beliefs, ethics and such and took the opportunities of shake-ups to get a package and leave their previous comfort zone or sorts and take on the world from a home based office. Some opted for a complete career change l, such as web-coder to truck driver or security, and so it goes on. Fortunately it's been relatively business as usual for us, having established our own digital - online based agency over two decades ago. We took the Media and new media shake-ups as an opportunity to expand our already considerable website portfolio. As per Charles Darwin, the species shall adapt in order to survive and not become extinct and the way of the T-Rex and such. A Great Reset or whatever you want to call it - something big is afoot, and humans are adjusting as best they can. What an interesting time to be alive, whether you work in marketing, sales, publishing, truck driving, A.I or something else completely. We are all adapting to the speed or news and a 24 hour news cycle on steroids. Search, discover and conquer!
